Previously PhD @ LASIGE (FCUL) and CCIG (Champalimaud Foundation).
My PhD fell under the scope of the ProCAncer-I project, and was focused on developing novel models for the clinical assessment of prostate cancer.

I am a highly motivated AI researcher that loves to develop machine and deep learning solutions to tackle real-world problems. I have experience in various domains, including healthcare, finance, computer vision, optimization and evolutionary algorithms, as well as recommendations and the current GenAI trends (RAG, Agentic Systems).

In my free time, you will most likely catch me climbing, talking about fashion and watches or doing Kaggle / some interesting projects.
